Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup milk

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 egg, beaten

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Glaze:

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a mini meatloaf. Place them in a lightly greased muffin tin or on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Spoon the glaze over each mini meatloaf, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
  7. Let the mini meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.
