Instructions

Preparation:

• Create Prompts: Write down a list of charades prompts on pieces of paper or cards. You can have different categories like movies, books, famous people, animals, or actions.
• Divide into Teams: Split the players into two or more teams. Each team should have an equal number of players.
• Set Up a Timer: Decide on the time limit for each turn, typically 1-2 minutes.

Setting Up:

• Explain the Rules:
  • One player from the team will act out the prompt without speaking or making any sounds.
  • The other team members will try to guess the prompt based on the actions.
  • The actor can use gestures, facial expressions, and body movements to convey the prompt.
  • If the team guesses correctly within the time limit, they earn a point.

Playing the Game:

• Start the Game: The first team selects a player to act out the prompt. The player draws a prompt card and starts acting it out once the timer begins.
• Guessing: Team members shout out their guesses while the actor continues to provide clues through actions. The actor can nod or shake their head to indicate if guesses are correct or not.
